Molten Chaos Studios was born out of an insatiable craving we discovered within ourselves for creating unique glass products that embellish architectural spaces...and the realization that this is what we were meant to do for the rest of our lives... 

The Artisans

Gary Amundson was a computer programmer for over 20 years doing mostly unfulfilling work whose only plus was that it generated a nice paycheck.  He quit his "soul-sucking" job in February of 2009 and is now finally pursuing his artistic side.  For years, as a hobby, he enjoyed being a ceramic artist creating small (and often odd) sculpture, yard art, as well as unique ceramic sculptures and ecentric structures for aquarium decoration. 

Then in 2002 he discovered the incredible depth and beauty of fusing glass and the seemingly endless variations that can be achieved...and he was hooked.

Suzette Hallbick-Amundson is a ceramic and glass artist.  Currently the flame-working and fusing of glass is her passion, fashioning dichroic glass beads and cabochons for her own unique jewelry creations.
